Board Members do a critical job in maintaining a quality living environment and a secure community. They do this on a volunteer basis, with no compensation and on their own time. It is often a thankless job that can create conflict within their communities. Our officers act as a buffer between board members / property managers and the residents, resulting in less retaliation and confrontations. We are available to attend monthly meetings to provide documentation of enforcement actions and to communicate any trends and/or recommend solutions to association problems.
